Rison - MSU Football:
MSU all-time leading receiver with 146 receptions for 2,992 yards and 20 TDs.
Set single-season records for the Spartans in '86 with 54 catches for 966 yards.
Gained 252 yards and posted three scores vs. Georgia in the Gator Bowl.
Rison - MSU Basketball:
Accepted a basketball scholarship to Michigan State, playing in 24 Spartan games under Jud Heathcote. Future NBA Spartan teammates included Steve Smith and Scott Skiles.
Rison- MSU Track
Also participated in track and field for Michigan State and posted second place in the Big 10 with a 24' long jump.
